Since my friends and I haven’t been to Cliffhouse Tagaytay, I brought them there a few weeks ago for lunch. It took us some time to decide where to eat but after finding out that it would take 30 mins to an hour before they can give us a table at Buon Giorno, we decided to try the food at Fire Lake Grill instead.
The food was a little expensive but good. I ordered the Penne pasta baked with broccoli, cream cheese sauce topped with cheddar and parmesan cheeses and slices of US Angus top blade which costs 260 pesos (6 USD). It had too much cream cheese in my opinion. I liked their Asparagus and mushroom risotto with Luganigue sausages (which costs the same) better. And the Angel hair pasta tossed in fresh garlic, cilantro, chili flakes, pan-fried beef slivers and strips of red and green bell peppers as well (240 pesos). We also ordered pizzas which weren’t fantastic but weren’t bad either.
After our filling lunch we decided to have a fling.
I don’t know why but it seems everywhere I go, there’s a frozen yogurt (or Fro-Yo) place around. Must be the new Zagu or something.
